United States Air Force

The United States Air Force (USAF) is the aerial warfare service branch of the U.S.

Armed Forces and one of the seven American uniformed services.

The mission of the USAF is to defend the United States through the control and exploitation of air and space.

It is the largest and most technologically advanced air force in the world, with more than 5,800 manned aircraft in service and over 400,000 personnel on active duty.

The USAF is responsible for protecting the United States and its interests through air and space power and providing air support for land and naval forces.

It also provides a global presence, with deployments around the world.

The USAF operates more than 1,400 military aircraft, including bombers, fighters, transports, tankers, trainers, helicopters, and unmanned aircraft.
